Q: Can you really view my property immediately?
A: Yes, we can normally look at your property the same day. Although we
are based in Birmingham, we have partners in most areas of the country who can
carry out external assessments at short notice.
If we are unable to view
immediately, we will still be able to obtain price comparisons and property information
from our network of contacts throughout the UK that will enable us to make a decision
about your property.
Q: Will you offer me full price for my property?
A: We will not offer full market price for your property.
we offer a definate and more importantly a fast sale, we reflect this in the price
that we will offer for your property. An offer will normally be around 20 - 25%
below the confirmed market value but may be lower if a very fast (i.e. 7 day)
sale is required.
Q: Will you pay for my solicitor?
A: We do sometimes pay legal costs for sellers. We will be able to let you
know whether your costs can be paid once we have viewed the property.
Q: Can I chose when to move?
A: Yes.As we have nothing to sell,
the only dates that we need to work to are yours.
Q: Do I have
to pay you any commission or fees?
A: No. Because we are not estate
agents, you will not need to pay us any fees. This could result in a saving of

Yes. We will look at any property, in any condition and in any area. Please
bear in mind that although we are happy to view all properties, we will only make
offers on those which are suitable.
Q: I have a flat that only
has a few years left on the lease.
A: No problem, we could still
be interested so please do call us.
Q: My property is about to
be repossessed, can you help?
A: Yes we can. We can usually prevent
your property from being repossessed and it could be possible for you to continue
to live in the property once the repossession has been stopped.
Q: My property is suffering from subsidence. Is this a problem?
We will still look at properties with current or historical structural problems.
